Emily Lewis, LCPC
As the founder of Veridian Wellness, Emily combines her passion for working with clients one-on-one with her dedication to serving the community as a whole.
Emily supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of narcissistic family systems. She approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and respect, recognizing that each client is the expert on their own experience. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Emily understands the complexities of major life transitions, personal growth, relationship changes, and the demands of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. She has a special interest in supporting professionals in high-stress fields, as well as women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other significant life transitions, helping them build resilience, balance, and a greater sense of meaning.
Emily approaches therapy from a person-centered and narrative perspective and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She provides services primarily through telehealth, making therapy accessible and convenient for clients throughout Nevada.
When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, practicing yoga, traveling, discovering great vegan food, and hanging out with her dog, Kallie.
