Emily Lewis, LCPC

As the founder of Veridian Wellness, Emily combines her passion for working with clients one-on-one with her dedication to serving the community as a whole.

Emily's work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of narcissistic family systems. She approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and respect, recognizing that each client is the expert on their own experience. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she understands the complexities of major life transitions, personal growth, relationship changes, and balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Emily has a special interest in supporting professionals in high-stress fields and women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other significant life transitions, helping them build resilience, balance, and a greater sense of meaning.

Emily's approach to therapy is person-centered and narrative, and she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a Nevada Board-approved clinical supervisor who holds the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential, she also provides supervision and mentorship to developing clinicians.

Now working primarily through telehealth, Emily travels throughout the country with her dog, Kallie, and tortoise, Rocco. This lifestyle reflects her belief that meaningful work, personal growth, and adventure do not have to be mutually exclusive. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, practicing yoga, discovering great vegan food, and exploring new places.
