Emily Lewis, LCPC

As the founder of Veridian Wellness, Emily combines her passion for working with clients one-on-one with her dedication to serving the community as a whole.

 

Emily supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of narcissistic family systems. She guides clients in a warm, empathetic way, recognizing that they are the experts of their own experiences. As a midlife woman who has experienced the unique pressures of balancing personal growth with professional demands, she understands the significant life changes that can accompany this stage. Emily has a special interest in supporting professionals in high-stress fields, helping them build balance, resilience, and meaning.

 

Emily approaches therapy from a person-centered, narrative perspective and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

 

When she’s not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, practicing yoga, traveling, discovering great vegan food, and hanging out with her dog, Kallie.
