Glenda Cruz Juarez, LCSW
Before moving to Las Vegas in 2004, Glenda graduated from Northern Arizona University with an extended Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Spanish. She is bilingual and specializes in working with teens and young adults dealing with trauma, mental health diagnoses, foster care involvement, and behavioral concerns.

Glenda began her career as an advocate for children with disabilities. This led her to other positions within the child welfare system, including Psychiatric Case Manager and Senior Family Services Specialist with the Nevada Department of Family Services. Through these experiences, her eyes were opened to the dire need for mental health services and support for children and families in Southern Nevada, especially within the Latino population. She then began working in home-based mental health, which provided her with a wealth of knowledge and became one of the driving forces motivating her to obtain a Master’s degree in Social Work from UNLV.

In her spare time, Glenda enjoys international travel, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Glenda accepts Cigna, Molina Medicaid, Medicaid Fee For Service, United Healthcare Optum, and Victims of Crime. Her cash rate is $125 per 50-minute session.
